FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

WHAT PAYMENT OPTIONS DO YOU ACCEPT?

Payments are made via Bank Transfer. Details are provided upon booking

WHAT TIME CAN WE CHECK IN?

You can check in with us any time around 12pm.

WHAT TIME DO WE NEED TO CHECK OUT?

All visitors will need to check out by 10am on their departure date.

DO YOU ALLOW CAMPERVANS AND CARAVANS?

Campervans upto 6m are welcome on site. Sadly, we do not allow caravans due to space restricitions.

ARE CAMPFIRES AND BARBECUES PERMITTED ON SITE?

Yes - however please inform a member of staff of all campfires so we can ensure it is placed in a safe area.

ARE THERE ANY NOISE RESTRICTIONS ON SITE?

We kindly ask noise levels to be taken into consideration after 9:30pm out of respect for local residents and children also staying on site.

ARE THERE TOILET/SHOWER FACILITIES?

Yes. We provide a shared toilet and shower for all visitors. Please ensure you clean up after use, for fellow visitors.

ARE WE ABLE TO HOOK UP TO AN ELECTRICITY SOURCE?

Yes. We are able to provide electric, this is just £5 per night, per hook up.

DO YOU PROVIDE FREE PARKING?

Yes, free parking is available on site as well as in adjacent areas.
